Each engraving, etching, and personalized design is specially made just for you! Because every item is customized based on the details you provide, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order goes into production.

Please take a moment to double-check all names, dates, and spellings before confirming your order—we want your item to be perfect! Minor variations in placement or appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our process, but that’s what makes each piece unique and truly one of a kind.

Order and Design Confirmation Policy

After placing your order, please send your design file to studio@formedandfinish.com for confirmation and design purposes. Once our design team reviews and confirms your file, production will begin on your custom product.

The design and production process typically takes 2–3 business days. When your product has been completed and approved for quality, it will ship via standard delivery, which usually takes 3–5 business days.

Bulk orders can take up to 7-10 business days not including shipping.
