Order and Design Confirmation Policy
After placing your order, please send your design file (in PNG format) to studio@formedandfinish.com for confirmation and design purposes. Once our design team reviews and confirms your file, production will begin on your custom product.
The design and production process typically takes 2–3 business days. When your product has been completed and approved for quality, it will ship via standard delivery, which usually takes 3–5 business days.
Bulk orders can take up to 7-10 business days not including shipping.
